Day 1: Arrival at Zanzibar Airport – Stone Town
Arrive at Zanzibar Airport, and be transferred to Stone Town where you will check in for 4 nights at Tembo Hotel.
Day 2: Stone Town and Prison Island Tour
10h30 After breakfast you will be picked up by a certified guide where you will do a walking tour around the old town and learn a lot about the history of this city, you will visit local food markets, museums, former slave market, and other historical buildings in the city, then after will be heading to Prison Island, board on a motorized boat where explore the wonderful adventure on how the island was portrayed to be a prison cell then later turned into quarantine due to yellow fever during colonialism, Get a chance to visit the anonymous giant turtles a gift exported for the late sultan from Seychelles.
Day 3: Full day Relaxation at the hotel and Sunset Cruise
On this day you will enjoy the beach and later we will take you on a sunset cruise where you will enjoy the moment while the sun is setting, Stone town has a very beautiful sunset.
Day 4: Safari Blue Tour
It’s a board traditional dhow to enjoy the magic of the sand banks and rugged Island, full-day sailing around man-groves, and snorkeling along the best coral reefs of Zanzibar. Day 5: Spice Farm Tour and departure to North East
“Spice island” for years Zanzibar has gained itself a nickname due to the beautiful and amazing province of different kinds of spices, get a hold of the experience, touch, smell, and feel the delightful and astonishing spice smell, after we will take you to Uroa Bay Beach Resort to check-in for 5 nights.
Day 6-8: Relaxation Day
You can have a perfect full day relaxing at the hotel or do a village tour, exploring local people doing handicrafts and visiting the local markets.
Day 9: Jozani forest
Visit Jozani Forest, inhabited by the Red Colobus, an endemic monkey species (only in Zanzibar). Visit Muyuni, Village. The people of Muyuni follow their culture, norms, and traditions very closely. Zanzibar is home to the Zanzibar red Colobus monkey. Endemic to the island, these monkeys are considered one of the most endangered primates in the world. The name colo-bus originated from a word that means ‘mutilated’ or ‘docked’ — referring to the monkey’s lack of thumbs on its hands. This is something that all species of Colobus monkeys have in common and allows them to use their four long fingers to wrap around branches while swinging from tree to tree. Unlike chimpanzee or gorilla tracking, where your time is limited, you can spend hours with the red colobus monkeys in their natural habitat.
Day 10: Departure
According to your flight time, our driver will pick you up from the hotel and drop you at the airport for your safe flight back home.
