Day Trip
Nyerere National Park has a larger population of Elephants, Buffalo, hippos, crocodiles, and endangered Wild dogs. Commonly seen are the pride of Lion, Bushbuck, Impala, Warthogs, Ostrich, Giraffe, Eland, Baboon, Zebra, Hyena, Kudu, rare sable antelope and Leopard. There are more than 400 species of bird life: Fish eagle, Kingfisher, Secretary bird, Sunbird, Hammer kop, Red and yellow bill stork, Open bill stork, Weavers, Water birds, Marabou stork, Vulture’s etc.

Fly from Zanzibar Airport to Nyerere National Park (Selous) at 0700 hrs (expect to arrive at 0800 hrs). On arrival, meet & greet your guide and proceed with the game drive with a hot lunch. Transfer to Mtemere Airstrip to fly back to Zanzibar by flight, which departs at 1615 hrs ( Expect to arrive at 1730 hrs) ( Lunch)

Amazing experience
Honestly, a 10/10 experience seeing as we booked very last minute, but everything exceeded our expectations, the whole team was super helpful and accommodating, Benson, Hussieni, Nasari and Jefferson. Jefferson was our tour guide for the safari and he really was the highlight of the trip; he made it unforgettable.
