Located in southern Tanzania, 65km from Mikumi, the park covers 1,990 sq km of the Eastern Arc Mountains. The landscape features:
- Steep forested slopes (up to 2,576m at Luhomero Peak)
- Four major waterfalls
- Mountain streams feeding the Kilombero Valley
- Unique “sky island” ecosystems

Udzungwa shelters more primate species than any Tanzanian park:

- Udzungwa dwarf galago (Africa’s smallest primate)
