Not everyone has a weekend. This package is built for those who have one day and want to make it count. Depart Dar es Salaam by SGR train in the morning, spend the day inside Mikumi National Park with a professional guide, enjoy lunch in the bush, and return home the same evening.
No hotels, no packing light debates, no days off work. Just a full day of wildlife and wide open savannah.

Depart Dar es Salaam early on the SGR train to Morogoro. Your driver-guide meets you on arrival and transfers you to Mikumi National Park for a full guided game drive. Elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and hippos are all part of the park’s regular cast. Enjoy lunch inside the park before your afternoon game drive session. Exit the park in the late afternoon, transfer back to Morogoro SGR Station, and board the train back to Dar es Salaam.
